Many of you are looking forward to your lives returning back to some type of normality. At Eden Waters Spa we can assure you that our focus is to support your mental and physical well-being.
As we make plans to reopen soon, we will continue to uphold the highest standards of hygiene, enabling you to relax in a clean and safe environment within the comfort of your own home. We have implemented a number of procedures and protocols to enhance safety and these will be revised and updated in accordance with government guidelines.
We have always followed strict hygiene protocols and have included additional measures to protect our clients well-being. Our measures are as follows:
All bookings and consultations will be made online or over the phone. Your personal therapist will call you 24 hours before your treatment to review your consultation form.
Clients should shower before your therapists arrives.
Wash hands regularly.
Dispose of any waste items such as tissues appropriately in waste bins.
If you are showing any signs of illness including fever, cough or think you have been exposed to Covid-19 and are self isolating please reschedule your appointment.
Our therapists will shower and wear a clean and pressed uniform before they arrive to your home.
Therapists will carry a change of uniform, hand sanitizers and antiseptic wipes at all times.
Therapists will spray and disinfect all equipment and bottles after each treatment.
When using face masks during treatments, prior to putting it on, therapists are to wash their hands with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds.
Our therapists will wear gloves, masks and other personal equipment (PPE) during treatments where required.
Masks will be worn properly to make sure there are no gaps between the face and the mask.
Touching of the mask should be avoided while using it, if this happens, hands need to be washed with soap and water or rubbed with hand sanitiser.
Masks are to be replaced after each treatment.
Supporting Our Community.
Eden Waters Spa have been helping our most vulnerable clients during the Covid-19 pandemic by assisting with their shopping, dropping off deliveries and telephone support. We have also donated gift certificates to our frontline workers to say thank you for their support.
In addition to the above measures we are also limiting the number of clients we see per day and have undergone training in regards to Covid-19 in order to ensure we care for our clients in a safe, hygienic and professional manner.
